Recruiting Operations Team Lead

Main Responsibilities:


Participating in the creation and implementation of strategies plans;
Мanaging the teams responsible for professional hires;
Meet and exceed team KPIs;
Effective and efficient management of day to day queries and issues;
Working with key customers to deliver their talent acquisition strategy.

Job requirements:


Career focus on multilingual, BPO, expert and management profiles is a strong plus;
Proven track record of success building and operating a top-performing team/function;
Solid previous experience in BPO recruitment
In-house or international recruitment experience will be a strong plus as well;
Proven ability to effectively manage recruitment processes in a KPI-based environment;Previous team management experience will be a strong plus but is not mandatory;
Excellent English (B2-C1);
