Recruitment and Аdministrative Manager for a European Work Agency
European Work Agency is looking for a manager for its future Bulgarian branch in Sofia.

Your job will be to recruit temporary Bulgarian workers from different sectors : building, industry, hostellery, etc... We are sending our temporary workers mainly to France.
You will manage the Bulgarian recruitment agency.
You will work only in our future office in Sofia.
You will recruit people who will be sent abroad to temporary jobs, and you will also take care of different administrative tasks :
- to make the labour contracts for each worker,
- to take care of their medical exams,
- to take an insurance for each of them,
- to organize their transport (plane, autobus) towards France,
- to count their salaries each month,
- to take care of all the problems they can encounter in France...

We can take an experimented person, or even a beginner with few experience, but above all will be considered a very great will to work. The job is for a hardworking person who does not count his timework. You will recruit for yourself an assistant when the number of workers sent abroad will cross monthly 30-40 people.
All details about our company will be given during the interview with the international manager.
Salary : 1000 euros netto / month at the start, then we will discuss of a salary proportional to the number of workers, or a raising fix salary.
The only foreign language needed is English, at a good level.

We plan to recruit you in Sofia around the 15th of June, for a start the 1st of July 2017.
