Regional Account Manager VM-349
Customer interface for all company’s related activities
Stimulate the demand for new end-to-end solutions
Bring solutions to the customer with the shortest time to market
Work with local partners to develop complete solutions and business plans for the customer
Prepare forecast information for the company
Co-ordinate cross-sector activities for the customer within the company
Administration of customer orders, incl. change orders
Support smooth implementation process
Prepare and give presentations to customers
Prepare regular management reports
Prepare the Account team budget and keep updated
Drive the BID activity of the local company (OEP, sales funnel etc.)
Make sure that the bid processes follows the standard company process

Изисквания към кандидата
University degree in electrical engineering/telecom, preferable with economic post graduate; sales/marketing
5-7 years experience in the Telecommunications industry
Minimum 4 years management of projects and people
Ability to coordinate and lead a team effectively by having good communication skills, conflict solving, manage change processes and information, motivate people build teams
Good time and self management required, able to organise work and teams in structured way
Basic IT knowledge as user
Fluency in English and Bulgarian
