SAP Operational Accountant

The Role will be part of the accounting department and will work closely with the Chief accountant and the Financial controller.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collecting and reviewing of primary accounting documents;
Performing day-to-day accounting operations for the company;
Work independently to ensure timely processing of primary accounting documents in the
accounting system complying with the International Accounting Standards – purchase invoices,
advance reports, business trips orders, accruals and provisions, fixed assets, bank movements
and others;
Controlling of payables and receivables of the company;
Managing and processing the bank payments to suppliers;
Participating in the preparation of the monthly VAT declaration and Intrastat;
Supporting of the annual audit and the tax inspections by providing all the required data and Reports;
Preparing of various ad-hoc reports for management purposes;
Daily communication with other company departments and business partners.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting;
Minimum 1+ years’ experience in accounting;
SAP Experience is a MUST;
Excellent computer literacy – MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point);
Good level of English - written and spoken;
Analytical thinking and possessing a high degree of initiative and autonomy;
Good communication skills and a team player.
