SERVICE DESK Specialist with GERMAN
What will be your responsibilities?
You will reply, document, and track customer queries, incidents, or
service requests. You have to escalate issues, seek the best
solution, validate and record contract information, and manage
various databases.
Experience:
Main requirements for the role:
- Previous experience in the IT support and Service Desk
operations;
- Good knowledge of the Operating systems and Networks;
- Proven experience with the MS Office suite and TSM tools;
- Desire to learn and eagerness to develop in the technical
field;
- Good command of German (B2 Level) and English languages
(B1+).
