About the Role:
🎧 As a Spotify Customer Service Expert, you’ll provide
non-voice support through email and messaging systems. No calls!
Your Tasks:
📧 Providing Email support for our clients.
💬 Answering “How to” and “FAQ” questions.
💳 Assisting with account and payment-related queries
and issues.
🛠️ Providing troubleshooting assistance.
Our Requirements:
🌟 Excellent Written skills in Arabic (C1).
🗣️ Good Verbal & Written skills in
English (B2 or above).
👥 Previous Experience in Customer Service is a plus.
🤝 Communication skills and ability to maintain good
relationships with customers.
😊 Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills,
with a “can do” attitude.
📝 Ability to present complex information in a simple
and understandable way.
