WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Manage end-to-end candidate’s recruiting to ensure that the best talents get the job, including drafting of job descriptions, job posting, candidate research, interviews, assessments, and reference checks
- Ensure that all candidates and hiring managers have a great experience - this
- Help building a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs by exploiting all available levers for both inbound and outbound channels
- Effectively brand Superside to candidates by providing compelling information about the company’s strategy, capabilities and employment value proposition
- Maintain the appropriate internal processes and tools necessary to scale recruiting operations in a fast-growing team
- Work daily with teammates and hiring managers located globally
- Participate to daily and weekly meetings with the Talent team and internal stakeholders to discuss about recruiting updates, share learnings and brainstorm on process improvements

Изисквания и необходими умения

- 2+ years of experience as recruiter / talent acquisition manager
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Good experience with the use of the G Suite (especially Google Sheets)
- Ability to independently conduct interviews and evaluate candidates on the basis of a predefined candidate profile
- Ability to track your own work and provide timely status updates
- Ability to multitask with overview and structure to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team (remote) and effectively collaborate and manage expectations of different internal stakeholders
- Flexible and available team player
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for system ands structure
