106 companies in the twelfth edition of the largest career forum in the country, „National Career Days 2013 - Good Career, Good Life“

About 155,000 young people across the country have visited the Forum since its start in 2002 till today, about 25,000 have found work or internship.

The twelfth edition of the largest youth career event in Bulgaria „National Career Days - Good Career, Good Life“ was launched on March 12, 2013 in the „National Palace of Culture“, 5th floor, in Sofia. The Forum was officially opened by the Deputy Minister of Education and Science - Petya Evtimova, the Executive Director of National Employment Agency - Kameliya Lozanova, the Head of European Commission Representation in Bulgaria - Zinaida Zlatanova, the Confederate secretary of KT „Podkrepa” - Emil Dimitrov, the Manager of JobTiger Ltd. - Svetlozar Petrov and the CEO of Nestle Bulgaria - Juan Carlos Peraleho. They wished success of this year's forum and better opportunities for career development for young professionals in 2013.

The forum is organized by the HR company JobTiger. Traditionally Nestle Bulgaria - the largest food and beverage company in Bulgaria supports “National Career Days - Good Career, Good Life” and is the official sponsor of the forum for 10th consecutive year. And this year the forum will be held in seven academic cities and for participation in Sofia edition of Careers 2013 have subscribed 106 companies.

In the fourth year of the crisis the largest career event in the country will again offer job and internship positions to students and young professionals who want to start their career in Bulgaria. Key issues in the realization of young people in Bulgaria are the lack of work experiece and the high youth unemployment. “National Career Days - Good Career, Good Life” is the forum during which they can find appropriate internship programs. This is a unique in scale and significance event in the country. The place where business meets young people and gives them a real chance for career development.

The results from the previous editions of the forum show that for twelve years about 155,000 students and young professionals across the country have visited the forum in search of appropriate career and about 25,000 have started work or internship in a company they have chosen. Today behid the stands of many participating companies are people who started their career during some of the previous editions of the forum.

Participation of students and young professionals in “National Career Days - Good Career, Good Life” is free. Traditionally the forum is accompanied by specialized preliminary workshops. They are organized in different universities across the country immediateli prior the start of the forum. During these meetings, students have the opportunity to learn in detail about the preparation of resumes and cover letters, as well as to get valuable advice about their behavior during a job interview. A short preliminary information about the companies participating in “National Career Days - Good Career, Good Life” is also presented durin these meetings.
And this year, there will be such workshops in all cities where the Forum will be held and seminar program will be organized in Sofia, Varna, Svishtov and Plovdiv.

In Sofia's edition of the forum with a special stand will take part the campaign of European Commission called “Youth on the move”. There will be presented various educational programs and tools for European mobility.

Except as an organizer, JobTiger will once again participate with a separate stand devoted to the recruitment team of the company, in all cities where “National Career days” will be held. During the Sofia edition of the Forum the recruitment team of JobTiger will give advice on career development.
