On October 12th, 2011 and November 23rd, 2011 in Interpred – WTC Sofia, "Sofia" hall were held the specialized
"Career Days". The first event was devoted to the sectors IT, Telecommunications, BPO, and the second, to sectors Insurance and Finance, Marketing and Sales, and Customer Support.
In "Career Days" participated
50 leading companies and were visited by over
1000 students and young professionals.
Companies offered internship and open job positions, and advised students what are the necessary qualities for the relevant positions. Recruitment specialists from JobTiger consulted and gave advice to visitors about their careers and career development.
For the first time there was a
seminar program with workshops and case studies prepared by the participating companies. Companies presented real business problems, which caused great interest to students.
The team of JobTiger organized a workshop on
"How to sell ourselves?". During the workshops, through games and discussions students learned how they look in the eyes of others and what are their strengths. There were prizes for the bravest.
Lottery with prizes for visitors was the other innovation with great success. Over 50 awards among which: MP3player, Printer HP Deskjet 1000, mobile phone LG GD 510, free training and conference passes, were given to participants.
