Our client is a USA based software company that provides inventory
and order management solutions for internet retailers, combining a
set of technologies around Innovation, Intelligence, and
Integration. For their office in Sofia, we seek an experienced and
enthusiastic individual for the role of Support Agent.
The goal for potential candidates is to direct phone calls and other phone correspondences to the appropriate parties.
The Customer Support Agent should have experience with basic phone functions (hold, transfer, etc), conversing in fluent English, ticketing systems, and email, among other things.

A successful phone operator will:
Speak and write fluent conversational English
Answer phones and converse with clients in a courteous, understanding and respectful manner
Create and assign tickets based on the issue and nature of the phone call
Respond to chat inquiries from the website in a timely and courteous manner
Be comfortable with multitasking, possibly having to create tickets from one call while answering another call
Be comfortable with technical concepts that may need to be conveyed in a ticket
Acquire a deep understanding of the business
Be familiar wither office phone functions, ie. transfer, hold, conference, etc.
Familiarity with technology and programming concepts are a big plus.
