Questers is an IT resourcing tech park providing a platform of services to market-leading technology sector businesses from the UK, Europe and the US. We build and establish dedicated teams in Bulgaria that enhance their capacity and productivity, supporting their growth and continued success in their field.

Our present client base currently includes the world’s largest online grocery retailer, a global gaming business headquartered in the UK, leading FinTech companies, social media platforms, worldwide eCommerce leaders and a variety of scale-ups rapidly expanding their software services and products.

Questers Bulgaria was founded in 2007, pioneering our services-led model in the industry, and we currently work with over 20 different clients, employing 200+ tech specialists in Sofia across a variety of roles. In the context of the planned rapid growth we are looking to hire:

IT RECRUITER*
(*Maternity leave cover with an option to stay)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the field of IT recruitment.
• Familiar with business ethics; Experience working in a B2B environment.
• Excellent computer literacy – MS Office- Excel, Word, Outlook is a must. Database and information experience will enhance the application.
• Self-directed, initiative taker, ability to meet deadlines.
• Results-oriented individual.
• Positive attitude and open communication style, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
• Conscientious, very well organized individual, willing to learn.
• University degree is an advantage.
• Fluency in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Communicate with both candidates and international clients.
• Create and post job advertisements and explore all company recruitment channels. Develop alternatives.
• Qualify candidates to position requirements for current and future opportunities.
• Conduct job interviews and assess candidates.
• Coordinate the recruitment process.
• Keep record of presented candidates.
• Document performed tasks and prepare required reports according to the required standard.
• Meet all set objectives in a timely manner.
