  • Over 3000 students took part in the campaign of Samsung for professional orientation

    Friday, 27 June 2014
The first part of the campaign Trends of Tomorrow 2014 of Samsung and JobTiger, which deals with professional orientation for students, finished.

Sofia - June 27, 2014 - A few days ago finished the spring campaign of the Samsung program - Trends of Tomorrow, which met with students from 29 schools in the country to talk with them about their future profession and to share the latest trends on the labor market.

The fourth edition of the Samsung program started in April with an open class in Second English Language School “Thomas Jefferson” in Sofia. For the past few months were held 36 similar meetings with the students from 10th and 11th grade in Sofia, Vidin, Pazardzhik and Veliko Tarnovo.

In order to be interesting and useful in the class of Trends of Tomorrow, the human resources specialists from JobTiger adapted special personality test whose results highlight the strengths of the students, giving them direction which type of jobs would be best suited to their personality and in what environment they will feel best. Emphasis is on the specific digital skills necessary for successful execution of the determined professions. During the program till the end of 2014, every student has the opportunity to personally discuss his/her test results with a career counselor from JobTiger.

During the spring campaign of Trends of Tomorrow were completed 3241 online tests from people in the ages between 14 and 25 years all over the country.

The second part of the campaign starts in September, there will be meetings with students from 4 more cities in the country - Lovech, Haskovo, Sliven and Shumen.

The personality test that helps young people in their choice of profession is available online at: https://jobtiger.tv/trendsoftomorrow, as well as on the page of the campaign Trends of Tomorrow on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/SamsungTrendsBG?ref=br_tf.
