Bulgargaz EAD is a subsidiary of Bulgarian Energy Holding EAD, holder of 100% of the shares. Bulgargaz EAD holds the only license for the activity ＂public supply of natural gas on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria＂ for a period of 35 years, issued by the State Energy and Water Regulatory Commission. The public supply of natural gas as the main activity of the company is of strategic importance for ensuring the stability of the entire energy sector. In this regard, Bulgargaz fulfills consumption needs across the country through both long-term and short-term natural gas supply contracts. In an effort to diversify the sources and supply routes and expand its scope of operations, Bulgargaz collaborates with partner companies within the natural gas sector.
