Services for jobseekers
All services for jobseekers are free of charge.
Jobseekers may be either registered or unregistered users.
Some services are available only after creating a user account on the website.
Registered users
Registration of jobseeker users:
- To register, the user completes the registration form by providing their names, email address and access password. The user undertakes to provide true, complete and accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.
- The user receives an automated message at the provided email address containing a registration confirmation link valid for 24 hours. If the confirmation link is not used within the specified period, the data entered for the respective registration will be deleted automatically.
- After confirmation, the user receives another automated message confirming successful registration and brief information about JobTiger services. From that moment, the user is considered registered. Access to the account is performed using the email address and password entered in the registration form.
A registered user in the “JOBSEEKERS” section may apply for jobs by attaching a CV/resume from an external file, track the applications submitted through the website, and receive automatic notifications of new job postings based on specific criteria.
If the information entered or submitted by the user is not related to applying for a job, JobTiger may restrict access to the service or delete the registration after the user has been notified and given an opportunity to correct or remove the inappropriate information.
Unregistered users
Unregistered jobseekers may also apply for job postings. When an unregistered jobseeker chooses to apply for a specific job posting, they:
Must provide the following mandatory data:
- Email address – the provided email address will be used by the employer to contact the candidate. The candidate will receive an email confirmation of successful application at the same address, including the job title applied for and brief information about JobTiger services for jobseekers;
- First and last name – required for a candidate applying for the first time with the respective email address;
- CV/Resume – the user selects and attaches the desired file from their device;
- Security key – a combination of letters and numbers used to prevent automated message generation.
The user may also provide the following optional field(s):
- Cover letter – the user may attach a file. Where a cover letter is required by the job posting, a notice under the field indicates this requirement.
When applying for a job posting without registration in the JobTiger system, an automatic (temporary) jobseeker account is created for the user. The unregistered candidate will receive an email confirmation of successful application, the job title applied for, and a link to register as a jobseeker in JobTiger in order to access the automatically created account and review their applications.
Automatically created accounts for unregistered users are deleted 6 months after the expiry of the job posting to which the user applied.
Unregistered jobseekers may subscribe to automatic email job alerts based on defined criteria through a “saved search”. Job alerts for saved criteria are delivered for a period of 6 months, after which they are automatically deleted.
Unregistered jobseekers may also subscribe to receive a newsletter by entering an email address. Users can unsubscribe from the newsletter via the automatic unsubscribe link contained in each email.
A jobseeker Client may not apply twice for the same job posting using the same email address. Candidates may not enter, in the “email address” field, an email address that is associated with an employer account.
When a jobseeker applies for a job posting, regardless of whether they are registered or unregistered, the data related to the application (email address, user name, the CV/resume used for the application and the cover letter) remain stored in the JobTiger system for a period of 6 months after the expiry of the job posting applied for. After this period, the applications are deleted.
“JOBSEEKERS” section:
- “JOBSEEKERS” is a personalized section in JobTiger for natural persons seeking employment. Only registered users have access to it.
- Registration in the “JOBSEEKERS” section is free of charge. During registration, JobTiger requires information such as name, email and password.
- A registered user in the “JOBSEEKERS” section may apply for published job postings.
- A registered user in the “JOBSEEKERS” section may receive email notifications about new positions matching criteria defined by the user in advance.
- Registered jobseekers may delete their account themselves via “Delete profile” in their Personal Profile. JobTiger may block access to or delete a registered jobseeker’s account in case of suspected violation of these Terms, unlawful actions, received complaints, or at JobTiger’s discretion, without being limited to the listed cases.
- JobTiger will delete registered jobseeker accounts if they have not been used for a period of two years.
“JOB ADS” section:
- This section enables any jobseeker Client (registered or unregistered) to search for and view all published job advertisements (confidential and non-confidential).
- The section allows viewing all non-confidential advertisements of a given employer.
- The Client may send a job advertisement published on the website via email and share it on social platforms.
- The Client may apply for job advertisements published on JobTiger by sending a CV/resume (with or without a cover letter) to the employer, attached from an external file.
- Where the job advertisement contains an external application link provided by the employer, the Client applies on an external website instead of through the JobTiger system, for which JobTiger bears no responsibility.
The jobseeker Client has the right to use, free of charge, the information and services provided by JobTiger for jobseekers, including published tips for preparing and using application documents, guidance for successful performance during interviews, and guidance for evaluating a job offer received.
In cases where the application is submitted via an external link to the employer’s website/system, JobTiger Ltd does not process the content of the application as a processor for the employer, but may process limited technical data (e.g., logs) solely for the security and operation of the platform.
Services for employers
The “FOR EMPLOYERS” section is personalized for employer Clients. Only registered employers have access to it.
By creating an employer registration, the person declares that they are authorized to represent the employer.
Employer registration:
- To register, the employer completes the registration form, which includes the company name, UIC/Bulstat (company identification number), names, email and phone number. The employer and its representatives undertake to provide true, complete and accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.
JobTiger may temporarily refuse to provide services if the information provided by the employer or its representatives is incomplete, inaccurate or incorrect, until it is corrected. Before such refusal is applied, the employer will be notified of the required corrections.
- The employer receives an automated message at the provided email address containing a registration confirmation link valid for 24 hours. If the confirmation link is not used within the specified period, the data entered for the respective registration will be deleted automatically.
- After confirmation, the employer receives another automated message confirming successful registration and brief information about JobTiger services. Access to the account is performed using the email address and password entered in the registration form.
- After confirming the registration, the employer may add an additional contact person, phone number and invoice email address in the Company Profile. The employer undertakes to keep all data in the Company Profile up to date.
- The employer may grant access to its account to its employees. Adding such employees and managing their access to services is performed by the person/representative who completed the employer’s initial registration or by other employer representatives who have access to the account. Each added employee must register on the website and accept the Terms and Conditions.
Maintaining an up-to-date list of employees with access to the employer account, as well as changing/removing granted rights and/or deleting employees, is the employer’s responsibility.
- In case of doubts regarding the accuracy of the provided information, or for the purpose of confirming and identifying the employer and its authorized representatives, JobTiger may request additional data from the employer. Providing such data is necessary in order to continue using the platform and JobTiger services.
- JobTiger may temporarily block access to an account or delete an employer account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms and Conditions, unlawful actions, or where a complaint has been received. Before blocking or deletion, the employer will be notified and given an opportunity to clarify the circumstances, unless the situation requires immediate action.
- JobTiger may refuse the publication of job advertisements, the provision of services or other materials, and may request their editing if they do not comply with these Terms and Conditions. In case of refusal or a request for editing, the employer or user will be notified and will have an opportunity to correct the materials, unless the situation requires immediate action.
- JobTiger may refuse to publish an advertisement, suspend it temporarily, or discontinue the provision of other services where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms and Conditions or applicable law. JobTiger may also take such actions in the event of delayed payment or outstanding obligations. Before applying such measures, the employer will be notified and given an opportunity to remedy the situation, unless the circumstances require immediate action.
- In case of established unlawful actions or violations of these Terms and Conditions, JobTiger may notify the relevant competent authorities.
- After the Employer orders a service and it is confirmed by JobTiger, the service may not be cancelled by the Employer. If the Employer nevertheless wishes to discontinue using the service, the Employer owes the full price of the ordered service and is not entitled to a refund of any amounts already paid.
- Employer registrations that have not been used for a period of 5 years will be deleted automatically, without JobTiger being obliged to provide prior notice.
A registered employer Client may use the following types of services:
Paid services
- Publication of a branded job advertisement – The advertisement may be confidential (without contact details and the employer’s name) or non-confidential (with contact details and the employer’s name). A branded advertisement may include a header image, a mid-page image and up to 2 YouTube video clips, as well as an external application link. The published advertisement enables all candidates to view it and apply for the respective position. The employer Client has access to information about the advertisement’s traffic and the candidates who applied online.
- Employer Branding profile – The employer may supplement its free Company Profile with a detailed paid profile for a period of 12 months, which may include information about office locations, social and fringe benefits, products, team images, office spaces, relaxation areas, employee images and their contact details (phone, email), information about the application and interview process, and videos.
Free services:
- Publication of a free job advertisement – The advertisement may be non-confidential (with contact details and the employer’s name). The advertisement cannot be confidential (without contact details and the employer’s name). A free job advertisement is published without the option to add visual content.
- Access to the “COMPANY PROFILE” section – The employer may present the company’s activity in this section in Bulgarian and English, with one header image (cover), a social sharing image, and may place a banner/button with a logo that includes a link from the job advertisement to the company information, as well as a link from the company information to all current non-confidential job advertisements, a link to the company website, and the employer’s profiles on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and a YouTube channel.
Where the employer has published a job advertisement on JobTiger, this functionality is available for 30 days without additional payment. Where the employer uses the “Company Profile” section as a standalone service, access is provided for a period of 12 months.
Prices for each service offered to employer Clients are published in the “Services and Prices” section.
JobTiger is not responsible for the copyright of images uploaded by employers in their advertisements and profiles.
In order to protect employers publishing advertisements on JobTiger from unsolicited messages and spam, users will not have access to a contact email address in job advertisements. Applications submitted through job advertisements will be sent to the employer’s email address via the JobTiger system and will be stored in the employer’s profile for a period of 6 months after the expiry of the advertisement. During this period, in addition to email delivery, employers will have access to the received applications through their JobTiger registration/account.
Job advertisements, whether paid or free, will be deleted from the employer account within 5 years from their creation.
