Your Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst will be a part of the continuous improvement of the solution in place, for which they will be mainly responsible for contributing to the accounting function efficiency
And more specifically:
• Continuous improvement | Enhancing the regions already deployed: identifying areas of improvement; coordinating with financial employees for the full integration of operational objectives; defining alternatives and efficient scenarios
• Level 3 functional support |Ensuring sustainability BA will provide functional finance expertise to the support application team; follow-up of the Accounting KPIs defined around the accounting flows
• User support & training |Training on the functional usage of the application and on best practices; conduction of change management and empowerment of end-users to be autonomous; supporting the business in third line support post go-live and in this context work closely with the Quantum IT support team which is located in Sofia; identify improvement areas on the support processes and participate to optimization; updates functional documentation
• Performance monitoring |Quality of processes and flows vs. the Finance function objectives in terms of process & efficiency; monitors the projects KPIs; act as a Subject Matter Expert in Application & Process Design; be a central point of contact for central IT - BAs to adequately integrate accounting & controlling and treasury operational processes into back office and treasury systems design & build. (interfaces, payment security, bank reconciliations…); identify improvement areas (i.e. through the user support and the performance monitoring) and propose action plans/projects to put them in place
• Follow-up | Liaise with other members of the Accounting stream on the program to give and receive update on the ongoing topic and reassess priorities

Their Requirements:
3+ yrs of strong operational experience in accounting roles | financial systems deployment
Understanding of core accounting and finance processes is required
Demonstrated knowledge in the areas of planning and project management |ability to gather and analyse information, define problems and form a plan of action
Experience in participating in cross-functional project teams’ environment | being able to maintain effective working relationships with other business organizations
Excellent verbal and written English
Willingness to travel

It would be a plus if you have an experience in:
Financial processes and ERP implementations or internal control
Functional and technical aspects of Treasury Management Systems such as SunGard products | Quantum
