Ensure that all prospective customer applications are processed
in-line with the company’s policies and procedures.
Verify confidential data in accordance with internal protocols (personal identification documents, credit cards, bank statements, etc.)
Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.
Collaborate with Account Managers/Sales and prospective customers for timely resolution of issues faced when onboarding customers.
Keep up to date with industry regulation changes.
