Your job will be to:
• Provide business focused and specific product expertise for customer assignments
• Guarantee the effective implementation of products with respect to the customer requirements

Your expertise
• Be referent on CRM integration with Company's Solutions
• Support customer on CRM configuration and usage | Participate in and/or guide customers through production launch | Leads training sessions
• Develop advanced features in Salesforce using APEX language
• Analyze and document customer business & technical requirements | translate these into implementation specifications
• Customize Salesforce customer instances (forms, fields, users, profiles…)
• Participate in and/or lead test planning, document test plans, and test conditions; perform solution testing, document test results, and assist with defect resolution
• Identify and present Customer Success opportunities to team members
• Augment the Company's library of best practices by sharing lessons learned, case studies, and other artifacts learned from your implementation experience or shared with you by others
• Contribute to peer network through which to provide and receive solution and skills best practices
• Utilize expert knowledge of pricing software solutions and price management solutions to maximize customer value
• Contribute to 100% customer satisfaction by providing timely and functional solutions
• Work alongside with business development, product management, and development.

You will act as a project team member:
• Attend customer project meetings
• Consistently communicate and track progress on your assigned tasks
• Contribute to the update of internal project scorecards
• Report progress to the customer and the assigned project lead
• Involved in the creation of sales proposals for scope changes, upgrades, etc.


Profile and Skills:
• General or computer engineering degree | Vocational qualifications in computing
• Demonstrable experience within software development, ideally Java
• Proven record of configuring packaged CRM software, ERP software, E-commerce portals or similar
• Proficiency in business process analysis and the usage of associated methods and tools
• Experience in leading the deployment of solutions based on package software products
• Industry-specific in one of the following areas – manufacturing, telecommunications, insurance, distribution – would be a plus
• Strong experience configuring solutions on large-scale CRM (Salesforce), CPQ or ERP implementations
• Good knowledge of APEX, native programming language of the force.com platform
• Good knowledge of XML/XPath, HTML/CSS and object-oriented programming language (Java, .NET)
• Exposure to distributed 3-tier architecture, ideally JavaEE
• Fluent in English | French and/or German language skill would be a plus


Professional qualities
• Salesforce Administrator certification required | Salesforce Developer certification a plus
• MS Dynamics knowledge of advantage
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills | Good listening skills and good teaching skills
• Strong aptitude for analytical concepts, demonstrated leadership ability, strong verbal and electronic communication skills
• Time management skills are a must, as well as the ability to be flexible and creative
• Experience with project management tools
• Previous consulting experience is required
• Previous SaaS or Cloud based Software Experience a plus
• Ability to travel across Europe (half of the time)
