For our office in Sofia, Bulgaria, we are looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to support our global email practice in EMEA. The role will help manage the creation and deployment of various acquisition and remarketing strategies including batch, triggered, and transactional e-mail campaigns that utilize dynamic content, to improve open, click and conversion rates and improve the end-to-end customer experience.


• Experience with both B2C and B2B email campaigning;
• Drive the strategy and manage the process of executing email and SMS marketing campaigns;
• Awareness of communication trends and an ability to produce innovative ideas;
• Coordinate with marketing team members to design and ensure emails are created, approved and delivered on-time;
• Optimize email performance through A/B testing, personalization, creative and dynamic content management;
• Manage the email QA process by checking all important aspects of the email campaign;
• Successfully deploy email campaigns on Clients’ behalf ensuring each campaign is sent to the appropriate audience at the correct date and time;
• Attend weekly and monthly Client calls to discuss program agenda and campaign results;
• Manage email campaign reporting process in an efficient manner, including monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting requests;
• Manage Clients' subscriber databases;
• Improve Clients' email marketing program by working with the Email Marketing Manager to craft and improve email marketing strategies;
• Facilitate basic, ad-hoc campaign updates by working with Client contact(s) to update campaign links, change images and modify existing deployment dates and times;
• Presenting complex information in a digestible and compelling format;

Изисквания и необходими умения

• 2-5 years’ experience in email marketing, preferably within a service or eCommerce environment;
• Experience crafting customer journeys is a plus;
• Prior experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESP;
• Experience in audience segmentation and A/B testing;
• Experience building trigger-based email campaigns;
• Academic or professional working experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Dreamweaver;
• Strong proficiency in HTML & CSS, able to code/QA responsive layouts;
• Strong project management skills;
• Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics would be a plus);
• Good understanding of GDPR;
• Generates and supports innovative ideas; simplifies and/or improves procedures;
• Able to make decisions and take action on time;
• Able to consider alternatives and make decisions in spite of uncertainty;
• Acute attention to detail; follows QA processes and procedures;
• Well organized and experienced at working in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong presentation and communication skills regardless of the format (email, documentation, presentation, discussion);
• Ability to effectively manage and oversee multiple client engagements;
• Ability to explain analysis clearly and succinctly;
• English language is a must; another European Language is a big plus.
