Currently, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

Отговорности

- Manage outbound calls
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Manage transactions
- Processing invoices for payment
- Coordinating administrative tasks during exams and providing support to students

Изисквания и необходими умения

- Previous call center, administrative and/or customer service experience preferred
- Proficient with MS Office products (Word & Excel)
- Fluent in English: both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Courteous, positive attitude
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work productively and cooperate with others in a team atmosphere
