Our Helen -brand is a leading brand in Estonian food sector (helen.ee). Our vision and goal is to make it (and other brands that we are going to launch) a serious challenger brand that makes a difference in Europe and later in the world (you always need to start somewhere!) Helen products are naturally developed oats and rye products. They are manufactured with sustainable and traditional methods. In the recent years, oats in particular have gained global interest as functional food and have won its place in a healthy and balanced diet. The demand in oats has risen year after year.
Helen products have also won several innovation and ”best food” awards throughout the past years.

Our 28-year-old functional food company was founded by a Nordic serial entrepreneur who started the operations of our mill in 1991. He always aimed to be a leading company and frontrunner in functional grain and cereals products. By building a vision for organic and functional foods, our story is continuing to expand to the world markets. Our company has direct connections with local farmers; with whom we work together to obtain the finest raw materials that meet our stringent quality criteria. These criteria are there to satisfy the most demanding customers throughout the world.

In the recent decades, our product improvements have resonated well in the marketplace. Customer satisfaction is strong and our profits have been invested in additional capacity. We are fortunate that our operations have been supported with large investments in production; capacity and production modernization. New innovative products have been added to the product portfolio, which are ready to be exported to the international markets. Now our strategy focuses on seeking strong organic growth, especially through international sales.
To speed up growth, we are looking for an International Sales Manager to join our team. The HQ for the group is located in Estonia, but since the candidate’s work will be extremely mobile, we are flexible when it comes to the location of this full time opportunity. This job includes a traveling.

There will be 2-3 interviews after a case test. The group management and founder will be the last people to interview the candidates, who make it on the short list.

Изисквания и необходими умения

- Experience from opening FMCG sales channels successfully and internationally
- At least 3-5 years’ experience from the retail food/FMCG industry (we are aware that ambitious young professionals have also a lot to give)
- Unparalleled attitude towards ”getting things done”
- Independent problem solving skills
- Independent attitude towards delivering results
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- Passion to develop and constantly learn as a professional
- Fluent in English (written and oral) is required. Other languages towards our new markets are of advantage
- Preparedness to travel globally
