Currently, for our Sofia based office, we are looking to appoint an Office Assistant who will provide overall administrative support to the Team and help TIS achieve its goals.

Отговорности

Office supplies & orders coordination;
Communicate with partner companies, suppliers and couriers;
Provide front-desk services to office visitors and ensure proper access control as per security guidelines;
Answer calls and ensure information flow;
Participate in the administration of benefits and other company assets;
Support the organization of meetings, business trips & accommodation, company events, conferences and team events;
Prepare expense reports and other required documentation;
Absence management – maintaining the relevant files, calendars and reports;
Support the local Site Manager on demand;
Provide overall administrative and logistic support to the Team.

Изисквания и необходими умения

Relevant University education in the area of Business Administration, Economics, Finance etc.;
Previous professional experience in some coordination/organization activities and/or similar office administrative position (not a MUST);
Fluent English (reading, communicating & writing), German would be advantage;
Proven organization and coordination skills;
Attention to detail and a “can-do” attitude;
Adaptive and flexible personality;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
