Position summary
Purchasing Assistant Buyer IT is responsible for administrative work steps related to sourcing IT hardware, software, services and telecom. This includes executing procurement transaction processes and managing inventory/procurement records, providing location procurement support and planning, managing supplier events and relationships, and implementing sourcing strategies.
*The position is for a period from 1 to 2 years.

Major Tasks
*Manage procurement request coming from the business, engineers, maintenance managers and local site leads and turn them into Purchasing Orders;
*Follow Purchasing Orders and respond to requests for information;
*Coordinate activities between suppliers and requested sites in order to meet business requirements;
*Sourcing of products/services within existing suppliers and support the process of setting a new vendors;
*Expedite deliveries and coordinate deliveries (working closely with both sides suppliers and requestors);
*Handle reverse logistics (wrong deliveries, returns, damage or lost goods );
*Escalate more significant issues to higher level of procurement staff and/or Strategic Sourcing organization as appropriate;
*Handle invoice mismatching & Invoicing resolution;

Изисквания и необходими умения

*University Degree;
*1 years experience in an international corporate environment
*Administrative, Procurement, Purchasing & Supply Chain experience or basic understanding can be advantage;
*Experience with different ERP systems like SAP or similar can be advantage;
*Advanced of fluent English;
*Excellent computer skills (Deep understanding of Excel can be advantage);
*Creative, analytical thinking and good communication skills;
*Motivated to learn new things, love changes and challenges;
Excellent mailbox management, time management and planning;
Ability to take decision by own and work independently;
Good team player, fast learner and quick adaptive person
Ability to work under pressure & in a fast paced environment;
