Our client is a German leading cloud platform for managing payments and cash flows of large corporations. For their office in Sofia, we are seeking an experienced customer support specialist with fluent German and English to join their team for the planning and implementation of onboarding projects for international clients.
You will work closely together with the clients, advising and supporting them with the implementation and rollout of solutions in the areas of payments and payment factory as well as bank relationship management.

Отговорности

• Act as the first point of contact for corporates and resolve customer’s inquiries in an efficient and quick manner (via phone or email)
• Report on system bugs and general problems experienced by the customers to the responsible departments
• Provide product training to new customers
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the products
• Work closely with the Product Owners and Business Analysts to optimize product portfolio

Изисквания и необходими умения

• Excellent command of GERMAN and ENGLISH, both verbal and written
• Experience in a multicultural support center environment
• Experience in a support role for a complex software product
• Effective communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-motivated and self-organized
• Team player
• Very good knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office applications
