Отговорности

Supervise and develop the Supply Chain Execution Team:

Day to day coaching and support.
Deploy an effective performance management, career development and succession planning within the team.
Create integrated team with proper alignment, support and back-up within the team.
Ensure high engagement within the team.
Ensure proper interaction of the team with the other functions and locations.
Be back-up for day-to-day activities.

Supply Chain Operations - Commodity contract execution administration:

Review and oversee the execution of administrative and clerical tasks related to the execution of purchase and sales commodity contract (supply and delivery process) performed by the team. Such as:

Accurate and timely entry and completion of all entries of commodity movements data in system.
Timely reconciliation of the inventory with all 3rd party warehouses basis daily movements.
Proper month-end planning and follow-up on any differences/discrepancies.
Timely and accurately settlements of all shipped and applied commodity contracts.
Review and enter services accruals and monitors, analyse and report on expenses deviation with the local stakeholders.

Project Management and continuous improvement:

Actively initiate, lead/participate and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Actively searches to improve processes and knows how to identify the need for help and advice amongst the team, proactively seeking where to attain and provide the right support.
Systems/data management, documentation and reporting:
Responsible for local scorecard and related KPIs for the local business and team.
Responsible for the management of the proper retention of all execution related documents and documentation.

Business Partnership:

Works closely with routine contacts with the Supply Chain Execution Lead, Supply Chain Team Leads, Cargill Transportation & Logistics, Finance and Commercial.
Leads and performs medium to complex administrative duties related to ensuring customer expectations are met in accordance with serviced levels established.

Изисквания и необходими умения

University degree or equivalent work experience level.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain within a multi-national, multi-cultural organization.
Fluent in local language and English.
Software: ERP experience, preferably SAP.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Good practical knowledge of, and experience with contract handling preferred (NOFOTA, FOSFA).
Knowledge of logistic terms and conditions (Vegoilvoy, Asbatankvoy ISPS, VOTOB, CBRB, FENEX, INCOTERMS and CMR conditions).
Expertise in forwarding, circles/washouts, claims, pipeline management.
Leading in a matrix-organization.
Strong team builder, team player, networker.
Process, Project and Change management skills.
Strong communication, influencing and motivation skills.
Additional languages are a plus.
International trade/shipping experience preferred.
Preferably Lean/Six Sigma certified.
