As of now they are looking for their next 1st line Technical Service Desk user support
Your main tasks and activities as a Technical support will be:
- Provide phone support to end-user phone and classifying incidents and requests;
- Resolve standard IT problems and report to the next higher level if required;
- Keep tech-desk documentation and update requests;
- Track hardware assets and documents software purchases and test and installation of new or revised hardware and software versions;
- Responsible for user support and administration (mailboxes; software distribution; user accounts; lock/reset Password).
