We are currently looking, for one of our international clients, for
the role of Video Game Consultants with Italian, German, French,
Russian, Dutch, Polish, Romanian, Czech.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Providing superior customer service to clients, solving problems,
and troubleshooting issues- including password resets, billing
issues and etc.;
* Document errors to be corrected;
* Efficient and accurate data entry of all customer service
requests into data management system;
* Follow-up with the customer until the issue is resolved.
