Each Bulgarian enterprise can be granted an official financing by the European operational programmes. In other words –successful European projects can be implemented not only by the big companies in the big cities.
The indisputable evidence is “Bulgarian Track Service” (BTS) from Slivnitsa. In the beginning of 2009 the company management decides to apply for financing of the project “BTS Team”. The main idea of the project is increasing the employees’ qualification and respectively – the quality of the work done.
In November 2009 the contract for financing the project from the European Social Fund and Republic of Bulgaria through Human Resources Development Operational Programme 2007-2013 is already a fact.
“The main result from the project implementation is increasing the quality and efficiency of the services of Bulgarian Track Service Ltd which led directly to increased competitiveness of the company. As a result of the project, the team professional and key competences were improved and extended according to the company needs.” said Mr. Deyanov, a service leader in Bulgarian Track Service Ltd.
During the project implementation 89 employees of the company successfully passed the qualification course and received a certificate for professional qualification. Other 110 passed the key competences qualification course and also received a certificate.
