Responsibilities

Organize the customer support team, gather and centralize knowledge.
Responsible for the team performance and help agents improve their skills and motivation.
Ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service.
Develop and execute an organized, efficient and structured working process.
Build the basic customer support tools such as templates, manuals, etc.
Execute weekly reporting, monthly business review presentations and quality evaluation.
Meet predetermined targets and represent the company in a professional manner.

Requirements and necessary skills

Excellent knowledge of English language.
Proven working experience in the field of customer support.
Working experience as a supervisor or relevant role in the BPO sector will be considered an advantage.
Excellent computer literacy and proficient with MS Office applications.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer focus.
