As we are expanding our team, we are looking for a young and motivated person to support the management and to undertake a variety of office tasks.


Assist the management with all administrative tasks and activities.
Coordinate business trips, accommodations, weekly schedules and meetings.
Welcoming guests and visitors.
Monitor level of office supplies and order new when necessary.
Dealing with correspondence and negotiation with external providers and suppliers.
Filling information in Excel tables for different administrative purposes.
Handling shipments and customs related issues.
Handling/assisting with employee relocation issue.

Изисквания и необходими умения

Willingness and interest in providing administrative services to the management.
Previous experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant will be considered an advantage.
Excellent computer literacy and proficient with MS Office applications.
Ability to work well under stress and low supervision.
Highly responsible person with strong attention to detail, able to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
Well-organized, loyal and diligent person with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
High command of English language is a must.
