Responsibilities

For one of our clients, an independent investment banking company, we are now looking for a highly self-driven and motivated individual to join their team of professionals at the position of:

Office Assistant with English /part time/

Requirements and necessary skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and organizational assistance;
• Receive and sort daily e-mails, answer and transfer incoming phone calls;
• Organize and coordinate meetings and event participations;
• Translate documents from Bulgarian to English and from English to Bulgaria;
• Ensure regular documents processing (including letters, invoices and etc.).

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics or Finance is an advantage;
• Excellent command in English;
• Very good computer skills – MS Office;
• Good communication and organization skills;
• Initiative and proactive approach.
