Direct, organize and participate in auditing activities to ensure
manufacturing practices, incoming control of raw materials and
product quality adheres to company’s and customer
Review production processes for conformance to quality standards.
Using relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business
Supervise QC department personnel (over 30 people) providing direction, development, training, and leadership.
Ensure proper staffing and level workload throughout the department.
Establish and monitor internal and external customer satisfaction metrics.
Coordinate and conduct customer and accreditation audits of the Quality operations.
Recommend and implement methods for continuous improvement in product, process cost quality.
