For one of our clients – we are looking for Scheduling Representative with German, Dutch, Turkish, Portuguese.
Candidates must have technical knowledge and a keen ability to work with customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Comunication with clients via phone or mail or chat - 7 to 10 calls per day;
* Schedules appointment times using computerized scheduling programs;
* Identifying, researching, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues, striving for first call resolution whenever possible.
