This global company are looking for bilingual customer service
agents to support a fantastic telecommunications company.
You will receive incoming calls from customers with the problems they are facing. The type of queries you will receive will be for example my account is not working, my phone line is bad etc.
What you will need is:
Excellent communication skills (Spoken and written) in French
Attention to detail
Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential
