Аccount Manager
What You’ll Do:
Client Communication
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
Cross-selling of existing client’s retention and acquisition of new
ones;
Act as the main point of contact, understanding client needs and
ensuring their expectations are met;
Provide regular updates, gather feedback, and proactively address
concerns.
Contract & Offer Preparation
Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, proposals, and offers in
collaboration with our back-office team;
Ensure all contractual terms are clear, accurate, and compliant
with company policies and legal standards;
Maintain accurate records of client agreements and update expired
contracts.
Problem Resolution
Work closely with recruitment consultants to identify and resolve
client challenges;
Proactively address concerns and collaborate with internal teams to
find timely solutions.
Account Growth & Retention
Identify opportunities for account growth and additional
services;
Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty;
Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall client
experience.
Market Research
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor
activities;
Utilize market research to identify business opportunities and
client needs;
Contribute to strategic planning to maintain competitiveness.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or
a related field;
Experience: At least 2 years as an Account Manager, Sales
Representative, or in a similar role;
Fluent in English (both written & spoken);
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation
abilities;
A proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges;
Strong attention to detail with excellent time management
skills.
