Primary responsibilities of this role include the following:

a. Perform full set of accounts – AP, AR, fixed assets, GL and trial balance
b. Support timely delivery of financial accounting and tax reporting activities, including but not limited to: month end and year end closing activities, financial statements review, cash flow reporting, VAT filing and corporate tax returns
c. Coordinate with finance counterparts in HQ and Singapore
d. Facilitate completion of annual statutory audit and facilitate communication with statutory auditors, stakeholders
e. Financial analysis and planning for annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
f. Create monthly and annual reports to identify results and trends for group reporting purpose
g. Support finance related and system enhancement, if required
h. Establish and implement financial reporting system to comply with local government regulations and legislation
i. Support other ad hoc accounting activities

Изисквания и необходими умения

a) Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy, CA is a plus
b) At least 5 years of full sets of accounts experience
c) Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
d) Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
