About us

Integrated BIM is an international team of designers, BIM specialists, engineers, and project managers providing high-tech services in the field of Building Information Modeling and project management since 2015.

Due to the expansion of our operations, we are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Accountant to take ownership of key daily accounting and financial processes within the company.

Responsibilities

This role is suitable for a professional who feels comfortable in a dynamic international environment and possesses strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

Main Responsibilities:
• Processing primary accounting documents – invoices, bank statements, etc.
• Recording business transactions – sales, purchases, cash, bank, advances, VAT.
• Maintaining accounting records – reports, VAT ledgers, and other statutory registers.
• Preparing financial reports and periodic statements.
• Preparing payment orders.
• Participating in monthly and annual closings; preparing the annual financial statements.
• Monitoring deadlines and ensuring compliance with VAT, Corporate Income Tax Act, and other regulatory requirements.
• Payroll preparation: sick leave, holidays, additional remuneration, social security contributions, and payroll sheets.
• Administering employee hiring, termination, and reassignment processes.
• Submitting declarations to the National Revenue Agency (NRA).
• Preparing reports for the National Social Security Institute (NSSI), NRA, and other institutions.
• Supporting the optimization and improvement of financial processes.

Requirements and necessary skills

Requirements:
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian accounting and tax legislation; experience with IAS/IFRS is an advantage.
• Experience with document processing and banking operations across multiple currencies.
• Excellent command of English – B2/C1 level.
• Experience with online payment platforms (e.g., Stripe).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
