For one of our clients - a global bottling company that produces and distributes a variety of
beverages across many countries, we are looking for – Accounts Receivable and Collections
Specialist with German.

Отговорности

* Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments daily;
* Keep collection records and ledgers accurate and updated;
* Review and update process documents regularly;
* Support colleagues with guidance on collections processes;
* Collaborate with other teams to meet business needs;
* Identify process gaps and suggest improvements, ensuring compliance with SOX and
internal controls.

Изисквания и необходими умения

* 2+ years’ experience in collections or accounts receivable in a multinational or shared
services setup;
* Good understanding of the full Order to Cash process;
* Able to recognize and escalate issues effectively;
*Proficiency German with good English skills;
* Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP;
* Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
