expanding team on the position of:
Administrative assistant
• Provide administrative support to the organization.
• Responsible for the overall operation of daily office functions
and duties, as well as offers administrational support in various
projects.
• Perform controlling and reporting activities and collaborates
with other departments in projects.
• Provide secretarial duties across all areas of the business from
general department to top management personal assistance
support.
• Maintain up-to-date filing and reference systems, assists in
accounting and reporting activities.
• Screen incoming calls and maintains diaries.
• Arrange business travel, supports agenda management and expense
tracking.
• Manage correspondence and prepare documentation.
• Coordinate programs and events for the department as a whole.
• Collaborate with various staff and departments to
administratively support various projects.
• Perform purchase activities and vendor communication (e.g.
trainings, conferences, events).
