Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Architect to design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions within the iGaming domain. The role involves creating custom AI models, optimizing them for performance, and integrating them into our gaming and betting systems. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strategic vision to ensure AI initiatives drive innovation, enhance player experiences, and strengthen operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:


AI Architecture & Development:

Design and build scalable AI architectures tailored to iGaming use cases (e.g., personalization, fraud prevention, player behavior analysis, recommendation engines).
Develop, train, and optimize AI/ML models from scratch and ensure smooth integration into existing systems.
Oversee the full model lifecycle, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
Implementation & Integration:


Deploy AI solutions seamlessly into production environments, ensuring high availability, low latency, and scalability.
Collaborate with technical teams to incorporate AI-driven capabilities into core systems.
Establish best practices for MLOps, continuous deployment, and performance monitoring.

Innovation & Strategy:

Identify opportunities where AI can enhance player engagement, retention, and risk management.
Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and iGaming, recommending new technologies and methods.
Drive adoption of AI-driven tools across departments including product, operations, and customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field (PhD is a plus).
Proven experience designing and deploying AI/ML systems in production environments.
Strong programming skills in Python, R or Scala, with hands-on expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Experience with real-time data processing, recommendation engines, or fraud detection systems.
Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of MLOps practices and versioning tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).

Preferred Skills

Experience with iGaming-specific AI use cases, such as player segmentation, churn prediction, or odds modeling.
Background in natural language processing (NLP) for chatbots, support systems, or player interaction.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex AI concepts into business impact.
