*Handle phone inquiries concerning customer questions about partner
policies, guidelines,
and procedures;
*Assist with requests for real-time flight status updates and
baggage tracking details;
*Provide clear and accurate information regarding fare structures,
discounts, and promotional offers;
*Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer
concerns efficiently and professionally;
*Ensure compliance with company standards while delivering
high-quality customer support;
*Act as a brand ambassador, fostering positive customer
