Job Description
Assist passengers primarily via phone
Manage flight bookings, changes, and cancellations
Provide information on flight schedules, pricing, and services
Handle customer queries with empathy and professionalism
Use ticketing systems and internal tools effectively
Qualifications
Fluent French (B2 level or higher) and English (B2 level or
higher)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Previous experience with airline reservation software is an
advantage
Strong attention to detail and customer care orientation
Ability to work remotely and independently
Flexibility to work on day/late shifts
Flexibility to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
