Carpenter University of Amsterdam
For this challenging project, our client has sought cooperation
with Royal Woudenberg. The beautiful design of the university
library was developed by MVSA Architects and Architectenbureau J.
van Stigt. The former, monumental clinics will be completely
restored and connected to each other by an ingenious glass roof,
creating a spectacular atrium. This creates an architecturally
special and modern academic building: a library and meeting center
with international allure! We are looking for allround carpenters
who can continue here for years to come!
Carpenter distribution center Almelo
Our customer will start construction of the Ara Almelo distribution
center at XL Business Park Twente in Almelo in September 2022. This
property is a development of STELLAR DEVELOPMENT CV (a
collaboration between our client and Stellar Development BV) and
acquired by Union Investment Real Estate GmbH. Heembouw Architecten
is responsible for the design of Ara Almelo. Ara Almelo is situated
next to the entrance of the XL Business Park Twente and along the
A35. Stellar Development offers the opportunity to fulfill the four
brand pillars - nature, architecture, technology and functionality
- in a high quality manner. This has resulted in a logistically
efficient destination with state-of-the-art technology, which is
surrounded by a unique green screen of almost fifteen meters high
and almost one kilometer long. By giving the aspect of nature
inclusivity a central place, a very strong relationship with the
environment is created and a very pleasant destination to be and
work. The eye-catching architecture gives a strong boost to
biodiversity and makes the destination the green business card of
the XL Business Park Twente.
