Main responsibilities of the position:
Participate in the development, amendment, and implementation of
Credit Policy for Micro in the relevant IT systems.
Participate in technical implementation and testing in production
environment, improvement of Micro scoring models, Credit Policy
rules, Credit Products and automated decision rules into
Application and the Decision Engine platform.
Regular review and update of internal lending rules, improvement,
and implementation of appropriate risk tools in Micro segment.
Competences we look for:
Master degree in Economic or Finance
Minimum 2 years working experience in credit management or risk
management area of Micro and/or SME Customers
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, MS Power Point and
etc.)
Excellent knowledge in English
Ability to work in a team with focus on collaboration
Advantage is knowledge and skills in Micro/SME companies` financial
assessment and/or lending area
