RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyse business and technical requirements, identify potential software issues
Collaborate with other team members to develop effective automation test strategies
Design and perform automation test strategies
Design, develop, execute automation tests and analyze results
Refactor existing automation tests
Develop standalone functionalities based on automation tests features like test data generation etc.
Report bugs and failures
Create test reports, defect analysis and troubleshooting
Set up and maintain automation tests environment
Maintain and regularly update QA related documentation

REQUIREMENTS
IT related Bachelor degree
At least 1 year of professional experience as Quality Assurance Specialist in software test automation
Experience with test automation tools
Experience in programming with Java (or other OOP language and willingness to switch to Java)
Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, testing types and concepts
Knowledge in SQL and experience with different database platforms/tools
Experience with Windows OS
Experience with integration testing, Web services (SOAP and REST technologies)
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Very good level of English – written and spoken
Strong analytical abilities and troubleshooting skills
Great attention to details, quality and improvements
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines
