Main responsibilities:
Provide prompt and professional support to end-users across various
platforms (chat, email, phone), ensuring a high standard of
customer satisfaction;
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering
empathetic and effective support;
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s offerings, policies,
and procedures to provide informed assistance.

Job requirements:
