For one of our clients, a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue
growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for
a motivated and experienced B2B Sales Training Specialist (Hybrid).

Отговорности

* Train and onboard new employees to master client-specific sales skills;
* Coach teams to hit sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences;
* Design and deliver engaging, effective sales training programs;
* Use data and insights to create winning sales strategies;
* Track and improve the impact of training initiatives;
* Foster a culture of learning and professional growth.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Fluent in English with strong communication skills;
*Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets;
*Skilled at problem-solving and using data to drive results;
*Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus;
*Able to engage and inspire diverse audiences;
*Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
