For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in the production and
distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for – B2B Systems Technical
Support Coordinator with German (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

*Help keep data flowing smoothly between our system and clients’ ERP platforms;
*Support setup and updates of sales tools and field team systems;
*Check and improve the quality of distributor and wholesaler data;
*Solve system issues or pass them on to the right IT team when needed;
*Manage user access and content in CRM and sales support tools;
*Work closely with internal teams and speak with clients in German to keep systems running
well.

Requirements and necessary skills

*A degree in Business, IT, or a related field (completed or in progress) is preferred, but not mandatory;
*Interest in working with systems like SAP, Salesforce, or CRM tools is a plus;
*Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
*Comfortable speaking and writing in both German and English;
*Eager to learn and take on new challenges in a tech-focused role;
*Team player with good communication and coordination skills.
