Job Description

We are looking for a Back Office Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

Support the Sales team in our Non-Food division in executing their daily duties;
Prepare analysis and data reports;
Provide promo materials and administrative support;
Communicate and provide information related to other departments;
Work with external stakeholders;
Participate in other Sales team projects and activities;
Support the team in executing their daily duties;

All you need is:

University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Business statistics or in similar field;
Previous professional experience with sales reports and data;
Advanced skills in Excel – Pivot tables, VLOOKUP etc.;
Analytical thinking;
Detail oriented;
Time management and organizational skills;
Excellent English – both written and spoken;
