For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and
process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Backoffice Specialist with
Italian, or Dutch or Greek or Danish.

Отговорности

*Provide back-office support by processing customer requests and product-related inquiries;
*Handle incoming queries via internal systems (no phone communication);
*Review, verify, and update product information in the company's platform;
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution;
*Maintain data accuracy and follow company guidelines and quality standards.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Fluency in Italian or Dutch, or Greek, or Danish (B2-C1 level);
*Good command of English for internal communication and training;
*Basic computer skills and ability to navigate online tools and platforms;
*Attention to detail and ability to work independently;
*Previous experience in customer support or back-office roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
