Technical Support Specialist with German and English.
*Customer oriented, deliver first-level IT support by addressing
fundamental hardware,
software, and network-related issues;
*Identify and troubleshoot challenges related to Point of Sale
(POS) and logistics systems,
escalating complex cases when needed;
*Maintain and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
securely and efficiently;
*Respond to general technical inquiries while ensuring that more
complex issues are referred
to senior team members;
*Accurately log, track, and follow up on support requests through a
ticketing system to
guarantee timely resolutions;
*Provide clear, professional, and effective communication while
ensuring a high level of
customer satisfaction.
